These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of security, manpower, and allied services by SAKSHI SECURITY & Infra. Services (P) Ltd.. The services may include Manned Guarding, Facility Management, Armed & Unarmed Security, Event Security, Electronic Security Systems, Training Consultancy, and other related services as mutually agreed.
All services shall be provided under a formal service agreement executed between the client and the company, defining scope, duration, manpower deployment and commercial terms.
Payments must be made strictly as per the agreed schedule. Any delay may result in penalties or suspension or termination of services.
The company shall maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, except where disclosure is required by law.
The company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.
The company maintains statutory insurance coverage. Clients are advised to maintain adequate insurance for their assets.
The company complies with PSARA, labor laws and other statutory regulations.
Either party may terminate the agreement by written notice as per agreed terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to Indian courts.
The company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
If any provision is found invalid, remaining provisions shall continue in force.
