SSIS Manpower employs over 3,500 personnel across multiple manpower categories operating in 6+ locations throughout India.
The organization maintains a 100% in-house workforce with no outsourced manpower, ensuring complete control over quality, discipline, and compliance.
All offices, training centers, and infrastructure are fully owned and operated by SSIS Manpower.
More than 3,500 on-roll employees are deployed as trained security personnel, forming the core strength of the organization.
Security personnel meet minimum educational qualifications, ensuring basic literacy, awareness, and professional conduct.
Newly inducted security guards undergo 10 days of in-house training, equipping them with operational knowledge and duty preparedness.
An additional 7 days of specialized location-based training is provided for deployment in malls, retail outlets, MNCs, educational institutions, manufacturing units, and hospitality sectors.
Continuous refresher and on-the-job training programs are conducted, totaling 29 training days annually for new inductees and 15 days annually for existing personnel.
Need-based and emergency training is imparted whenever operational requirements arise.
Nearly 50 personnel are engaged in administrative and operational roles, ensuring seamless coordination and service delivery.
The management and operations team comprises experienced defence service professionals, supported by a highly skilled civilian leadership across sales, marketing, operations, HR, and administration.
